Her cuisine style is characterised by the use of fresh and authentic ingredients, close to the Sardinian and Italian tradition, but influenced by her travels and adventures. She is likely to add a secret ingredient to a classic dish, always keeping it simple and healthy.

Since 2014, she has devoted herself to improving her cooking skills. She attended the cooking school Accademia Casa Puddu, run by the Michelin star chef Roberto Petza, and his restaurant S’Apposentu in Siddi (www.accademiacasapuddu.it ;www.sapposentu.it).

 

 

Jeroboam swan 45 Sinis Table Daniela In 2014, she sailed across the Caribbean, from Martinique to Virgin Gorda, to take the “Swan 45 Jeroboam” to the Loro Piana Regatta, cooking and sailing for the owner, Vittorio Codecasa.

 

In 2015 – 2018 she also travelled to Australia, Tasmania, Morocco, France, Emilia Romagna and Sicily, attending cooking courses and learning characteristics and techniques of local or fusion cuisine.

Daniela also combines her cooking skills with her active tourism programmes, for well-being and cultural enrichment. In 2015, with like-minded partners. Restoring and managing the classic Sparkman&Stephens “Santa Maria” sailing boat is one of those programmes.

During September and October 2017 and 2018, she cooked for the “Oscar 3” team during the Rolex Maxy Yacht regatta in Porto Cervo and for the “Moro di Venezia”team during the Royales and Les Voiles regattas, which took place in Cannes and in Saint Tropez, respectively.
